Our Beloved Topsy who passed away on the 5th August 2005. It seems like yesterday when you were here with us, playing and getting into mischief. You loved to snuggle into your little teddy bear and go to sleep. Loved and treasured always and forever in our hearts. Missing you everyday xxx

4 years have passed my little angle, but not a day goes by when we don't think of you. You will be forever in our hearts Topsy. We miss everything you did and gave us, love you always little one all our love,

No words can describe the emptiness I feel in my heart, ever since you were called upon to go to Heaven. We were so blessed to have you in our life, and we could not keep you to ourselves for ever. I bet you are making lots of friends and taking care of each other. Be happy and have lots of fun playing, with plenty of cat naps. Love you forever. Sleep well my beautiful!

Beyond the Rainbow
As much as I loved the life we had and all the times we played,
I was so very tired and knew my time on earth would fade.
I saw a wondrous image then of a place that's trouble-free
Where all of us can meet again to spend eternity.
I saw the most beautiful Rainbow, and on the other side
Were meadows rich and beautiful -- lush and green and wide!
And running through the meadows as far as the eye could see
Were animals of every sort as healthy as could be!
My own tired, failing body was fresh and healed and new
And I wanted to go run with them, but I had something left to do.
I needed to reach out to you, to tell you I'm alright
That this place is truly wonderful, then a bright Glow pierced the night.
'Twas the Glow of many Candles shining bright and strong and bold
And I knew then that it held your love in its brilliant shades of gold.
For although we may not be together in the way we used to be,
We are still connected by a cord no eye can see.
So whenever you need to find me, we're never far apart
If you look beyond the Rainbow and listen with your heart.

~ Lend Me A Kitten ~
I will lend to you for a while
a kitten, God said.
For you to love while she lives,
and mourn when she's dead.
Maybe for twelve or fourteen years,
or maybe two or three
But will you, 'till I call her back,
take care of her for me?
She'll bring her charms to gladden you
and should her stay be brief,
you'll always have her memories
as solace for your grief.
I cannot promise she will stay,
since all from earth return.
But there are lessons taught below
I want this kitten to learn.
I've looked the whole world over
in search of teachers true,
And from the folk that crowds life's land
I have chosen you.
Now will you give her all your love,
nor think the labor vain?
Nor hate me when I come to take
my kitten home again?
And my heart replied,
"My Lord, Thy Will Be Done."
For all the joys this kitten brings,
the risk of grief I'll run.
I'll shelter her with tenderness,
I'll love her while I may
And for the happiness that I've known,
forever grateful stay.
But should you call her back
much sooner than I planned,
I'll brave the bitter grief that comes,
and try to understand.
If by my love I've managed
your wishes to achieve,
in memory of her sweet sweet love,
please help me while I grieve.

departs this world of strife,
